Up the mast.

Removing the jib roller furling until the bowsprit and bobstay and whisker stays are repaired.

Boat ready for prop and splashing.

Installing the new shaft (new cutless bearing already installed and stuffing box repacked with 1/4" teflon packing).

Prop back and ready to bolt on.

Prop painted with antifouling and on. Threw on a perry nut and doughnut zinc to protect the new shaft and reworked prop.
